New to flying? This zero-to-CFII path takes you from your first lesson through your Private Pilot Certificate, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot Certificate, and Certified Flight Instructor – Instrument (CFII). See the full program cost, including optional living and exam expenses, below.
Zero to CFII: Private Pilot Through Flight Instructor – InstrumentAlready a private pilot? Skip ahead to Instrument Rating training with a Private Pilot Certificate and at least 80 hours of flight time, then continue through Commercial and CFII. See the full cost for certificated pilots below.
Private Pilot to CFII: Instrument Rating Through Flight Instructor – InstrumentOur main training fleet uses Cessna 172S aircraft with Garmin G1000 avionics. Training in one aircraft type helps students stay focused and fly more.
