Early on, Alex had a dream to be a super model but, as she got older, she realized that flying would be much more exciting… so she decided to become a pilot.
Alex knew that she wanted to work in the aviation industry at a very young age. Her mom is a Southwest Airlines flight attendant and has been working for the company for 22 years. At about 10 years old, she decided that flying airplanes sounded like the best job ever. After graduating from ASU with a communications degree, she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a pilot. The journey started right here at Sierra Charlie Aviation and with the help of Scott and her amazing instructor Zane she received her Private Pilot certificate. She later moved to Denver, Colorado and received the rest of her ratings to become a flight instructor.
“Coming back to Sierra Charlie to teach others how to fly and helping them achieve their dreams is the greatest feeling ever! I absolutely love what I do and I am thankful to share it with others!”
